Why must we live in pain and suffering? We live with wounds that cut so deep, that they ruin our lives – they keep us held in illusion and separate us from the real joy that is truly ours for the taking. To live from our heart intelligence- shows us the path to freedom!

When we truly learn to live with heart intelligence, we wonder why on earth we have imprisoned ourselves in pain and suffering for so long!

This is not an easy thing to teach another because until we feel it, we will never know it – but it is time now, with all the suffering in the world – we must learn how to free ourselves from darkness. Unfortunately it takes most of us, most of our lives to learn this.

The Darkness

When something hurts us very deeply, we recoil and shrivel – we close down our heart and build walls to allow no-one and nothing in. We isolate ourselves, become fearful, confused and remain in the dark.

We are mostly unaware of to what degree we do this because it is our subconscious mind that takes over, it is protecting us and trying to keep us safe – it is the child inside us feeling fear!

The problem here is that this condition is absolutely not safe. We become depressed and cold, separated from our true self and source energy.

Heart Intelligence

We believe that to become open is to be vulnerable – the exact opposite is actually true! We are vulnerable when we remain closed! When we are in pain, we need to be open to receive healing. When our heart is open and we allow love in – it becomes strong and nothing can hurt us, it is now that we need to trust, an open heart that receives – is protected!

When we open our heart, our deep wounds are healed, an open heart knows everything – it is our higher intelligence, our heart intelligence!

This is hard to grasp when we are in pain – I know.

Love

Do you remember falling in love? Think about that for a moment, feel how you felt then, you felt alive, powerful and nothing could get in your way, nothing was a problem – you had an open heart filled with love – you found you! Your path was easy to walk because you were connected and you felt the real you!

What happens when you look into someone’s eyes and hold the gaze? You fall in love! Your heart opens and you are free. Unfortunately we confuse this feeling with sexual feelings and this is why relationships get into such a mess.

We can fall in love with anyone at anytime! This can be a friend, a child or an animal, it is about connection – being open and allowing ourselves to feel.

When we feel love, it is a reflection of ourselves. We are all one energy.

When separate from someone, we feel isolated and lost but we are surrounded by love, everything is love. To truly love another is to allow them to be free.

Our world today is in trauma and pain, higher intelligence is showing us our way home, whether you call this higher intelligence God, the Universe, the source, whatever, it doesn’t matter – it all amounts to the same thing – we are one energy, and we must reconnect! Live from your heart, reconnect with who you truly are and break away from illusion.

When we live from our heart we become free, safe and live in joy!

Unconditional Love

The solution to all problems is Love. Love your enemy, love your illness, love all that happens to you and you will make it good. This is unconditional love.

Yes, unconditional love is THE most important topic, for it is the ultimate goal, it is all solutions, it is all resolutions.

In other words, once you love all that is, then you become All That Is!

It is a feeling that you must learn to create and embrace in order to exude Divine Light. You are in a Free Will Zone and you have the freedom to choose, at every turn, Love over Fear. Fear has so many faces – anger, jealousy, greed, bigotry and selfishness are but a few. Love is simply unbounded compassion. Please look at the word “unbounded” – it is boundless. It has no boundaries, no limitations. Compassion is the state of being in Higher Self, of processing all the incoming data through gut, emotions, mind and spiritual layers.

Love all things. How? In every moment, choose Love over Fear. It is as simple as that!

Do you remember the old adage, it takes 21 days to make or break a habit? Make it a habit to always, consciously, choose Love! Then, no matter what happens around you, it does not reach your inner core, it does not affect you negatively. Why?

Love and Fear cannot coexist in the same space at the same time. In other words, you cannot hold an angry thought at a person and a loving thought to them at the same time. It has to be one or the other, for that is the most fundamental lesson of all – that is why you play it out, time and again and are given chance after chance to wake up, realize that your world is only temporary and that you are, in truth, Eternal Spirit incarnated in biological flesh. You cannot physically hold anger and love in the same moment because they are different frequencies on the sliding scale of emotions (remember – all is frequency and vibration). Love is in the top 50% of the scale and Fear resides in the bottom half of the frequency scale. And here is the fun part: Love cancels out Fear. So if you keep choosing the higher emotional frequencies, your anger dissipates and melts away. Every time you display the kindness and wisdom of Higher Self, you lift the consciousness. And there you will find the frequency energy of All That Is.

Chakras are well know among the new age community, but the nature of chakras is often not that well understood. The text presented here is an attempt to shed more light on this issue.

The chakras in the human body are related to specific energies and consciousness, to endocrine glands, colors and psychic features. It is not always obvious to look for a linear connection between these systems, because the whole is more than the sum of the parts. If we tear out one part in order to analyze it, we might forget what its function is in relation to the whole. We can dissect a human body based upon the different biological systems or upon the different organs or upon the different cells but this would not explain a living being. Be aware that every explanation of the chakras is an approximation of what they really are. The following can help you to better understand what they are and how they function.

What is Above, is Below

In the cosmos, everything is present in everything. Macro cosmos and micro cosmos have the same nature. The laws of the micro cosmos are also present in the macro cosmos. At the source of all manifestations is unity, a cosmic consciousness not understandable for humans. This unity creates all manifestations from the subtle to the most dense matter. The most crystallized state of existence is the physical world we are living in. The crystallization process of consciousness went through seven stages hence the existence of seven worlds, seven bodies and seven levels of consciousness. Each of these spheres of existence has a power center, a concentrated field of energy that acts as a transformer to a higher or lower world. Each center is also directly connected with the ultimate source. This pattern is found in all fields of existence.

Therefore the seven major chakras reflect on different levels of existence, consciousness, worlds, colors, endocrine glands in the body and so on. They are like gates to the entire cosmos.

The Seven Major Chakras

The seven major chakras are situated in the sushumna channel, which is the main nadi in the very center of the spine. Nadis are ethereal or subtle energy, channels for vital energy in the body. The names of the seven major chakras are:

In the beginning Shiva and Shakti (the male and female principles of Cosmic Energy or Consciousness) were united in the cosmic Sahasrara lotus. When Shakti (as a woman she represents power) left Shiva, six lotus flowers (the chakras) sprang up from her foot prints. Leaving Shiva in this way, she created the entire universe from its most subtle realm to the most crystallized one. Each chakra left behind in the process of creation corresponds with one of these realms. This process of creation is also present within man, from the Sahasrara chakra on the crown of the head down to the spine to Muladhara or the root chakra where Shakti now resides. At one point in time Shakti will rise up again and join her partner Shiva. Then she will take her entire creation with her and live in unity again.

Chakra Vastu Directions and Their Significance

Directions play an important role in Chakra Vastu for home or office. Let’s take a look at the significance of different directions in Chakra Vastu.

Northeast: Northeast side is ruled by the presence of God consciousness. Therefore, this is one of the most important directions in Chakra Vastu and should be kept empty and clean. This area may be utilized for meditation purposes, Puja or Prayer room and entrance. The Element present here is Ether. In the Northeast direction, place Puja (Prayer) altar or divine symbols. Keep it open so that the rest of the dwelling is energized by the divine energies emanating from this area.

East: The East side is known as the fulfiller of prayers and desires. This is the direction from where energy emanates and sun rises. Chakras distribute the energy throughout the energy body via energy channels ultimately controlling and energizing the major and vital organs of the physical body.

The state of a person’s chakras and hence the energy body represents the physical health of a person. The chakras are also centres for psychological functions. They not only represent particular parts of the body but also govern mental and emotional aspects of a person, that is, they are a reflection of a person’s psychological state. The Manipura chakra, located on the naval, energizes the digestive system. It is connected to our personal power, that is, our level of self-esteem and self-confidence within ourselves. The more passionate we are about our goals and beliefs, the higher the chance of success. The Ajna chakra, also known as the Third Eye, is located between the eyebrows. It governs the pituitary gland, nervous system and lower brain. This chakra is related to our intellectual ability, that is, our ability to think logically, comprehend concepts and solve problems. The benefits of this are obvious. It is also related to our ability to learn from previous experiences, enabling us to make better decisions in the future. Furthermore, it is associated with our level of willpower, stamina and discipline. Such qualities are typically relied on during the most difficult or tedious parts of a challenge or project. This chakra makes us release our limiting and rigid beliefs and affirm that

“I see…my life flows with acceptance and becomes more enjoyable with each new day!”

Finally, the Crown chakra, which is located at the top of the head, controls the pineal gland and upper brain. Spiritually it represents our connection to our soul and creator. It is through this connection that we are able to understand our purpose in life, why we are here. Having a clear vision of the bigger picture means that the goals we will endeavor to achieve will inevitably be far more fulfilling. The crown chakra is also the origin of intuition and inspiration, serving as another useful tool in making decisions and acting quickly on opportunities. This chakra makes us realize that

“I know…I am one with god, greatest omnipotence, whose strength and power lovingly FLOW through me at all times!”

Now if we were to do an honest stock take of ourselves on each these qualities, we would discover, as expected, that we are strong in some areas but not so strong in others. There are some that may be strong in qualities originating from the lower chakras and hence have the required ability to execute but lacking connection with others or have no sense of purpose and fulfillment. There may be others strong in traits found in the higher chakras, that is, have the required intelligence, a strong sense of purpose and in some cases, highly intuitive but lack the capability to execute effectively. And of course there are those who exhibit a mixed combination of the above.

The key to success and happiness is achieving the right balance. We therefore need to develop those qualities that are lacking and continue to enhance further the other traits that come more naturally. You can do a personal self assessment based on the qualities associated with each chakra. You can then elect to systematically focus on each chakra for a period of time and work on improving those qualities. This approach requires you to be quite honest and retrospectively analytical. A lot can be said about this and other similar style approaches and will be the subject of future articles.
