Love and Fear cannot coexist in the same space at the same time. In other words, you cannot hold an angry thought at a person and a loving thought to them at the same time. It has to be one or the other, for that is the most fundamental lesson of all – that is why you play it out, time and again and are given chance after chance to wake up, realize that your world is only temporary and that you are, in truth, Eternal Spirit incarnated in biological flesh. You cannot physically hold anger and love in the same moment because they are different frequencies on the sliding scale of emotions (remember – all is frequency and vibration). Love is in the top 50% of the scale and Fear resides in the bottom half of the frequency scale. And here is the fun part: Love cancels out Fear. So if you keep choosing the higher emotional frequencies, your anger dissipates and melts away. Every time you display the kindness and wisdom of Higher Self, you lift the consciousness. And there you will find the frequency energy of All That Is.

The Root chakra is called Muladhara in Sanskrit. The meaning of Muladhara is ‘root’ or ‘support’. The Root chakra is depicted as a four leafed lotus with a square in its centre in which a triangle facing downward is depicted.

This chakra is situated at the end of the spinal cord at the tail-bone in the back and the pubic bone in the front. The Root chakra is associated with survival and safety. Someone with a healthy first chakra will usually have a basic sense of security and safety in the world. They will have a sense of having (or being able to get) enough material resources to meet their needs. They will likely be fairly at ease with their own body. Often, though not always, they will have a relatively healthy physical body, with healthy bones, feet, legs, colon and adrenal glands. The chakras in the human body are related to specific energies and consciousness, to endocrine glands, colors and psychic features. It is not always obvious to look for a linear connection between these systems, because the whole is more than the sum of the parts. What is Above, is Below

In the cosmos, everything is present in everything. Macro cosmos and micro cosmos have the same nature. The laws of the micro cosmos are also present in the macro cosmos. At the source of all manifestations is unity, a cosmic consciousness not understandable for humans. This unity creates all manifestations from the subtle to the most dense matter. The most crystallized state of existence is the physical world we are living in. The crystallization process of consciousness went through seven stages hence the existence of seven worlds, seven bodies and seven levels of consciousness. Each of these spheres of existence has a power center, a concentrated field of energy that acts as a transformer to a higher or lower world. Each center is also directly connected with the ultimate source. This pattern is found in all fields of existence.

This process of creation is also present within man, from the Sahasrara chakra on the crown of the head down to the spine to Muladhara or the root chakra where Shakti now resides. At one point in time Shakti will rise up again and join her partner Shiva. Then she will take her entire creation with her and live in unity again.

It is the most effective method to keep evil spirits away. It is always recommended that every house shall keep the Solid Mercury God figurine to keep all evil eyes away from them. Mercury Amrit Cup and beads can cure all kinds of diseases. It makes the physical body powerful, agile and lustrous. Solid Mercury ball should be dipped 4 times only in 200 ml of raw milk and then it should be taken before the night sleep.

In order to get rid of all diseases, the aforesaid milk should be continuously taken for a minimum of 41 days and maximum 3 months without any break. If one has continuous pain on the surface of the body, the mercury ball should be fixed on that portion during night sleep or day time with an adhesive plaster so that the affected body skin touches the ball. The ball should be kept on the body-skin until the pain is completely cured. The mercury ball should be kept in pure Ghee or oil for 24 hours and it should be massaged on any part of the body for the cure of pain. The Ghee or oil must be cool. For digestive problems, constipation, gas in stomach, headache etc the Mercury ball should be kept at the naval point for 15-20 minutes daily for recovery.

Mercury is a naturally occurring element that is found in air, water and soil. It exists in several forms: elemental or metallic mercury, inorganic mercury compounds and organic mercury compounds. Mercury is an element in the earth’s crust. Pure mercury is a liquid metal, sometimes referred to as quicksilver that volatizes readily. Mercury and its compounds have been used in medicine, although they are much less common today than they once were, now that the toxic effects of mercury and its compounds are more widely understood.

Parad offered at Singapore Rudra Centre is complete with Samskaras as per Parad Samhita. Nowadays there are several suppliers offering parad products at varying rates which confuses the buyers. There are several ways in which parad is bound by the suppliers. The most common method involves combining mercury with aluminum and other metals like tin, nickel, sulphur etc. Mercury readily combines with aluminum to form a mercury-aluminum amalgam when the two pure metals come into contact. However, when the amalgam is exposed to air, the aluminum oxidizes, leaving behind mercury. The oxide flakes away, exposing more mercury amalgam, which repeats the process. This process continues until the supply of amalgam is exhausted, and since it releases mercury, a small amount of mercury can “eat through” a large amount of aluminum over time by progressively forming amalgam and relinquishing the aluminum as oxide. In mercury items prepared this way, the mercury is still in its raw liquid state and in course of time, leaks in the forms of droplets. In such items, mercury retains all its properties which are very toxic. Mercury is a metal which dissolves all metals and such items can be tested by exposing them to gold or silver and one will see that the metal changes colour (gold becomes white) and also metal first becomes brittle and later dissolves. Also the items made with raw mercury are brittle and powdery and break easily (meaning they have non-metal properties). If these items break, they break into tiny powdery pieces. On the other hand a solidified mercury item is rock hard as a metal and if it breaks it is like solid chunks and not powdered form. The raw mercury is very harmful to the human body. Thus use of items of mercury prepared this way should be shunned by all.

We at Singapore Rudra Centre prepare mercury by processes detailed by Acharya Nagarjuna in Parad samhita. In this process, mercury undergoes 12 samskaras using tumeric, lemon, salt, neem and several other herbs and later on undergoes process by which it is solidified and neutralized using Sulphur and mica and bound by chanting of Shiva mantras. Once the process is over, the sulphur and mica is washed off completely exposing the silver soft mercury dough which is then set to form Lingam and siddh gutika and parad ring beads. This process renders the mercury not only harmless but beneficial. The resultant product is pure mercury 100% and no other metal is present in this. The mercury in this form is as hard as any metal. It is kept in water for a number of days and then Rudraksha is taken out after peeling off the pulp. Rudraksha comes from 1 to 21 mukhis but Rudraksha of 1 to 14 mukhis are commonly found.

Now mukhis from 22 upwards are also found every few years in small quantity and their properties have to be researched as no reference is available in ancient texts. Chakra Vastu Directions and Their Significance

Directions play an important role in Chakra Vastu for home or office. Let’s take a look at the significance of different directions in Chakra Vastu.

Northeast: Northeast side is ruled by the presence of God consciousness. Therefore, this is one of the most important directions in Chakra Vastu and should be kept empty and clean. This area may be utilized for meditation purposes, Puja or Prayer room and entrance. The Element present here is Ether. In the Northeast direction, place Puja (Prayer) altar or divine symbols.
